What a lovely email! Your Zest for ice-cream is truly wonderful. The burnt fig jam ice cream is one of my favourite treats on a hot day.
Lately, I've been very busy working on a new range of "Signature" ice-creams which will be out soon and I think you will love them... Keep your eyes out for those.
