Thanks to Jump Rope for Heart (remember Jump Rope for Heart? It is still around) all I hear all day is:

And then he comes up with a way to combine his loves (jumping rope and dance) into a new sport. JumpDance is when you skip to music and intersperse it with camp dance moves. JumpDance is the reason I have to go away for a week. It is driving me loco, as I am sure you will agree. Enjoy! (inserts evil laugh)
